George Moore - Confessions of a young man

Maybe I'm getting tired with confessional texts, but reading this seemed like a waste of time, for 95% at least. The book has some interesting or amusing remarks on (then) contemporary literature and Victorian morality. Mostly though, it's just the account of a young man's pleasures and leisures, constantly interrupted by his need to vent his opinion on books and painters. Quite boring really.
